All you need is a PC and Internet access. NaviNet will:

  • Greatly reduce the number of phone calls to UnitedHealthcare.
  • Significantly decrease paper- and fax-based processes with UnitedHealthcare.
  • Streamline and improve the efficiency of communication with UnitedHealthcare.
  • Improve overall staff satisfaction.

Register for NaviNet for UnitedHealthcare and get real-time access to the following transactions:

  • Eligibility and Benefits Verification
  • Claim Status Inquiry
  • Provider Maintenance

Already a NaviNet user? Your office already has access to NaviNet for UnitedHealthcare.

You must create your personal list of UnitedHealthcare providers before you begin. Simply log on to NaviNet and:

  1. Click UnitedHealthcare in the Plan Central menu.
  2. Use the Provider Maintenance function to enter your office’s Tax ID(s) and Group/Office Name(s).
  3. NaviNet will retrieve UnitedHealthcare provider information for you.

You only need to do this once; the information you enter will be saved. You can make changes to your personal provider list at any time using the same steps.

*Access to health plans and service providers is dependent upon individual company policies, geographic location and other factors.
