The subscriber agents like being able to submit prescriptions electronically while the patient is still in the office. They can fill a prescription without having to dig for charts that may be used by other staff members. It’s great that all of the patient information and history is right there at our fingertips.

This is much more efficient than calling and going through phone prompts. I also love the fact that I can access BCBS out of the Nebraska network as well. Additionally, NaviNet saves my staff a lot of time. They can focus on more important things like patient care versus spending a lot of time verifying benefits.
