I use it every day to obtain patient payment information right up front so that there are no shocks for both the patient and our office at the end of the visit. The Aetna Estimator breaks down the payment information, letting us know what a patient's copayment is or if they have any deductibles. All of the information is right there so we don't feel like we are searching through information to get the final results.
