Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If these don't help please call NaviNet Customer Support below.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, click Forgot Your Password? on the NaviNet login page. You'll be presented with your challenge and response questions. Once you've answered them, you can choose another password.

Who controls my access to NaviNet?

The NaviNet Security Officer in your office controls users’ access to NaviNet and to specific NaviNet transactions.

  • Every office that uses NaviNet has someone designated as the office’s NaviNet Security Officer. The Security Officer is usually the office administrator or manager.
  • The Security Officer in your office can create new NaviNet users and reset passwords, as well as control access to specific transactions and change the office's "timeout" period.
  • To find out who in your office is your Security Officer, go to NaviNet Central > My Profile on the white horizontal toolbar at the top of the page.

How do I get additional login IDs for new employees?

Only NaviNet Security Officers are authorized to add new NaviNet users.

For more detailed instructions, log into NaviNet and refer to the Security Officer document entitled How to Add New Users under the User Guides section of the Customer Support pages. Log into NaviNet now.
