NaviNet Announces Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management Solutions at MGMA 2010

We are thrilled to announce at the MGMA 2010 Annual Conference that NaviNet will be introducing integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) solutions this year. MGMA attendees are welcome to stop by NaviNet booth #1028 to preview NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM, which are fully integrated with health plan communications via NaviNet’s multi-payer Web portal NaviNet Insurer Connect.

Our introduction of robust EMR and PM offerings, integrated with NaviNet Insurer Connect, marks the first-of-its-kind solution for unified patient information management (UPIM).  Geared toward smaller physician practices, NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM offer healthcare professionals a one-stop access to key administrative, financial and clinical workflows within a physician practice, all via a single, secure Web site. Our integrated solutions allow medical offices and staff to manage key patient data and office processes from one central point, and will enable reduced operating costs, increased efficiencies and improved quality of patient care.

NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM will make it easy to manage complex inter-related processes like patient scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, eligibility and benefits, pay for performance (P4P) and clinical decision support, and more. NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM, like NaviNet Insurer Connect, are hosted and fully managed and maintained by NaviNet, reducing the necessity and costs associated with hiring IT staff to implement or maintain technology systems. NaviNet EMR is CCHIT-certified and enables providers to qualify for ePrescribing and PQRI incentives. NaviNet EMR will be ONC-certified for meaningful use in Q1 2011. All solutions are HIPAA compliant and will meet ICD-10 mandates.

NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM offer workflow and product integration that are key differentiators and unique to NaviNet. NaviNet EMR and NaviNet PM are integrated with health plan workflows offered through NaviNet Insurer Connect (such as eligibility and benefits, referrals, etc.), as well as integrated with products and workflows from our partners.
