We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated, passionate, highly productive Microsoft SQL Server DBA to join the NaviNet Engineering Team. The DBA will work closely with reporting, engineering and systems teams to enhance the performance and functionality of existing systems. The DBA will also participate in the design and delivery of new database solutions in our development, test, and production environments.

The NaviNet business model is based upon a two-sided network; NaviNet’s capabilities connect program sponsors (e.g. health plans, other types of ‘trading partners’) to end users (people working at sites that deliver / administrate healthcare). This model is supported by platform, application and partner solutions that address administrative, clinical, financial and other provider community workflows, loosely described as solution domains. The Product Manager Team is accountable for making sure that their respective ‘solution domain’ is aligned to further the business objectives of NaviNet, working cross-organizationally to ensure the product is successfully introduced to the market and meets its stated objectives.

We’re seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the NaviNet Development Team.  As an engineer on the NaviNet Web Site, you will be responsible for the design and development of NaviNet software components that reside within our Service Federation.  

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the technical support of hardware, software, and business applications to our end users and customers. This person will provide support for our production systems (servers and network infrastructure) that reside in a secure data center.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for creating and overseeing, the implementation, testing across multiple components in an open, extensible framework for application deployment and management that will support a wide variety of clients, servers, websites and devices over a broad range of network environments.
