As a new member of the NaviNet team, I am very impressed with my experience here. Beginning with my initial interview, I knew this was a place where I wanted to work! I am not accustomed to all of the perks that employees at NaviNet are offered. From the welcome note I received from the CEO to the first time lunch was brought into the office, it has been a breath of fresh air. I have also been impressed with the culture at NaviNet. Previously, I had always worked for larger employers and typically you only knew the people you worked directly with or those from other departments where there was a business need to form a relationship. Here, I feel like everyone you see, whether it be in the lunchroom or just passing in the building, says hello whether you know them or not. It is also much more common here to interact with the Executive team than I have seen in my previous organizations. The culture, employee-centered environment, and truly important work we do help keep morale high and our product at the forefront of the industry.
